GAMING REQUIREMENTS

Space:

Indoor and not exposed to direct sunlight
Two separate 5 ft x 7 ft play areas Or a single 10 ft x 7 ft play area for both stations
In addition to the play area, there would need to be some minimal space for (a) 2 laptops, each on 2 small tables and (b) 4 stands, just outside of the play area

Setup Time:

About 15 minutes is required to set up the 2 systems

Age:

Minimum Age: 8 years old
Maximum Age: None

Health and Safety Precautions:

Do not use or limit the usage of the VR system if you are prone to motion sickness, nausea, epileptic seizures or are pregnant
Immediately discontinue the use of the headset if you experience altered or blurred vision, dizziness, disorientation, impaired balance, excessive sweating, nausea, a headache, a seizure, loss of awareness, or fatigue

RENTAL COST DETAILS

Rental Pricing:

$160 for 2 hours, which includes in-person support and the setup of 2 stations
Each additional half-hour is $30
GST of 5% will be added

Payment:

Cash or E-transfer accepted
Visa, MasterCard or American Express also accepted (additional 3% fee will apply)
50% deposit required upfront to reserve, which will be used toward rental cost

Refund Policy:

Full refund will be provided if cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date

Locations Served:

Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere and Cochrane
Additional charges may apply for any locations outside of these four areas
